YouTube automation
A channel run end to end so you appear on camera for two hours a month and nothing else. Scripting, editing, thumbnails, publishing, and the paid layer that puts the best performers in front of people who have never heard of you.
What this actually is
YouTube is the only channel where a video you publish this month is still bringing in enquiries in three years. It is also the one most businesses abandon after six uploads, because the production burden lands on the founder. We remove that burden entirely: you turn up for one filming block a month and everything before and after it is ours.
What you get.
Not a menu of upsells. Everything below is in the base price, because the work is not finished without it.
- 8–12 long-form videos or 30+ shorts a month, your call on the mix
- Scripts written from your real consultations, approved by you before filming
- One monthly filming block — two hours of your time, on your premises
- Thumbnail and title testing on every upload, not just the first
- Chapters, transcripts and video schema so it ranks in Google as well as YouTube
- YouTube Ads layer for the videos that earn it, run against leads not views
- Repurposing into shorts, reels and TikTok from the same footage

Who it's for
The part that
makes the difference.
Two hours of your time a month
The reason business channels die is that the expert is also the producer. We invert it: our strategist sits in on your consultations, pulls out the twenty questions you answer every week, and writes those into scripts. You approve them, then film the lot in one block. Editing, thumbnails, titles, chapters, scheduling and comment management happen without you.
Built to rank twice
Every video is published with a transcript, chapters, a description written for search and VideoObject schema on the matching page of your site. That means it can appear in YouTube results and in Google's video carousel for the same query — which is the part most channel managers skip entirely.
The paid layer that makes it compound
Organic reach tells you which videos are genuinely good. Those get put behind YouTube Ads targeted at in-market audiences and competitor viewers, measured on leads rather than views. It turns a content channel into an acquisition channel, and it only spends behind material that has already proven itself for free.
YouTube automation,
answered honestly.
What is YouTube automation, exactly?
In our use of the term: a managed channel where we handle scripting, editing, thumbnails, publishing, optimisation and the ad account, and you provide the expertise on camera. It does not mean faceless AI-generated videos — that model burns channels and we do not offer it.
Do we have to appear on camera?
For most categories, yes, and it is the reason it works — people hire the person they have watched. Where that is genuinely impossible we can build around screen recordings, animation and voiceover, though performance is typically lower.
How long until a channel produces leads?
First uploads go live around week three. Meaningful organic traction usually takes four to six months. The ads layer can produce leads immediately once there are two or three videos worth putting spend behind.
Who owns the channel and the footage?
You do, both. The channel sits under your Google account with us added as a manager, and raw footage is delivered to your storage after each shoot.
