Social media marketing
A feed that looks like a company worth hiring, posted on a schedule you never have to think about again.
What this actually is
Social media rarely closes a sale on its own. What it does is settle the question a prospect asks after they find you somewhere else: are these people real, are they any good, and would I want them in my house or my mouth. A dead feed answers that badly. Most of the value is in being credible at the moment somebody checks.
What you get.
Not a menu of upsells. Everything below is in the base price, because the work is not finished without it.
- Monthly content shoot or full asset production
- 12–20 posts a month, scheduled and captioned
- Short-form video editing with captions and hooks
- Comment and direct message management within business hours
- Community and reputation monitoring across platforms
- Monthly review of what actually drove enquiries, not vanity metrics

Who it's for
The part that
makes the difference.
The shoot is the service
Anyone can schedule posts. The difference between a feed that helps and one that does not is whether the material is real — your team, your workshop, your finished jobs. We come on site monthly, shoot a bank of material in a couple of hours, and edit it into a month of content.
DMs are where the money is
In several categories — aesthetics, dental, high-end retail — most enquiries arrive as a direct message and are lost because nobody answers before the evening. We handle inbound messages during business hours with responses you have approved, and route anything with buying intent straight to your team.
Judged on enquiries, not followers
Follower count is the easiest number to inflate and the least connected to revenue. The monthly review covers saves, profile visits, link clicks and messages that turned into enquiries, and we adjust the mix toward whatever is producing those.
Social media marketing,
answered honestly.
Which platforms should we be on?
Fewer than you think. For most of our clients it is Instagram plus one other — Facebook for local services, LinkedIn for B2B, TikTok where the audience is genuinely younger. Spreading across five platforms produces five neglected accounts.
Do you need us for content?
For a couple of hours a month, on site. That footage is worth more than anything we could produce without you, and it is what makes the account look like a real business rather than a stock library.
Can you handle our reviews and comments too?
Yes. Comment and DM management is included, and review responses can be added. Negative reviews get a drafted response sent to you for approval rather than posted on your behalf.
Will this actually bring in customers?
Directly, sometimes — particularly through DMs. Indirectly, almost always, because it is what people check before booking. If you need volume rather than credibility, paid media is the honest answer and we will say so.
