What this actually is

SEO has a credibility problem because most of it is sold as a monthly report with a green arrow on it. Ours is judged on the same number as the ads: how much booked work arrived. That means fixing the technical debt first, writing for the queries that precede a purchase rather than the ones with the biggest volume, and being honest that this takes six to nine months to compound.

What you get.

Not a menu of upsells. Everything below is in the base price, because the work is not finished without it.

  • Technical audit with the fixes implemented, not just listed
  • Keyword and intent map tied to your service lines and margins
  • Content briefs your writers can use, or writing done by us
  • Digital PR outreach for links — no private networks, ever
  • Internal linking and site architecture rebuilt for topical depth
  • Monthly report on rankings, traffic and booked work

The part that
makes the difference.

Technical first, because content on a broken site does nothing

Crawl budget wasted on faceted URLs, pages competing with each other for the same query, a JavaScript framework rendering the main content client-side, schema that never validated. These are unglamorous and they are usually why a site with good content is not ranking. We fix them ourselves rather than sending your developer a spreadsheet.

Content mapped to intent and margin

The highest-volume keyword in your category is usually the least valuable, because it is researched by people two years from buying. We map queries to where they sit in the decision and weight the calendar toward the ones that precede a booking — then bias further toward the services with the margin you actually want to sell.

Links we would be happy to show you

Digital PR, industry publications, supplier and association listings, and genuine local relationships. No private blog networks, no paid link placements dressed as guest posts, nothing that requires a disclosure conversation later. It is slower. It also does not evaporate in an update.

SEO,
answered honestly.

How long does SEO take to work?

Local and long-tail terms usually move in eight to sixteen weeks. Competitive commercial terms take six to nine months to compound, and anyone promising faster is either working in an uncompetitive market or doing something you will regret. We report monthly from month one so you can see movement before results arrive.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Rankings are not ours to guarantee, and the ones easiest to guarantee are the ones nobody searches. We agree a target on traffic and booked work instead.

Can you do SEO on a site you didn't build?

Yes, that is most of our SEO work. We audit first and tell you honestly whether the platform is the constraint — sometimes the right answer is a rebuild, and sometimes the site is fine and the problem is elsewhere.

Do you write the content?

Either way. We can produce briefs your in-house writers or clinicians work from, which is usually better because the expertise is real, or write it ourselves and route it through you for approval. Anything published under an expert's name is rewritten by that expert.

We'll tell you what it costs.

Two minutes on the brief builder gets you a scope, a fixed price and the first thing we would fix — inside one business day, from a person rather than a template.
