Google Ads
Search, Performance Max and YouTube, managed against cost per booked job. Clicks are an input, not a result.
What this actually is
The account you inherited is probably optimising toward form fills, which is why it looks like it is working and your calendar does not. We wire your CRM back into Google so the algorithm learns which clicks became revenue, then let it bid against that. It usually means switching off most of the keywords the last agency was proudest of.
What you get.
Not a menu of upsells. Everything below is in the base price, because the work is not finished without it.
- Full rebuild or a takeover audit, your choice
- Negative keyword hygiene every single week
- Landing pages designed and built in-house, not billed as extras
- Call tracking with recordings scored against a rubric
- Offline conversion imports from your CRM
- Weekly search term review and monthly reporting on booked work

Who it's for
The part that
makes the difference.
Bidding on revenue, not form fills
Google will optimise toward whatever you tell it is a conversion. If that is a form submission, you get cheap form submissions from people who will never buy. We import the outcome from your CRM — booked job, signed case, funded loan — so the bidding learns which searches produce money. This one change is usually worth more than every targeting tweak combined.
Landing pages are part of the retainer
Most agencies point ads at your homepage and then blame the site. We build the pages, because a campaign is only as good as where it lands and quoting that separately is how you end up paying for traffic to a page nobody will optimise.
Weekly search terms, not monthly reports
Broad match and Performance Max will spend your budget on adjacent nonsense if nobody is watching. Someone reviews the search terms every week and adds negatives. It is unglamorous, it is where the waste lives, and it is the first thing that quietly stops happening at a large agency.
Google Ads,
answered honestly.
What's the minimum ad budget worth spending?
Around $1,500 a month of media in most local markets, more in legal or cosmetic surgery where clicks run into the tens of dollars. Below that the account never gathers enough data to optimise, and you are paying a management fee for a rounding error. We will tell you if your budget is too small rather than take it.
Do you mark up our ad spend?
No. You pay Google directly from your own card and our fee is flat, so we have no incentive to recommend a bigger budget than the one that works.
Can you take over our existing account?
Yes. We audit first and tell you whether a rebuild or a repair is the right call. Rebuilds pay us more and we still recommend takeover when the account history is worth keeping.
How quickly will we see results?
Live in five to seven working days if tracking is in place. The first two to three weeks are a learning phase where cost per lead is higher than it will settle at; judging the account before that is the most common mistake clients make.
