BPO & contact centre

Trained agents on your phones and in your CRM. Inbound so no enquiry rings out, outbound so no lead goes cold, and the back-office work that piles up behind both. They work your scripts, in your systems, under your name.

What this actually is

Every marketing problem we are hired to fix eventually runs into the same wall: somebody has to answer the phone. Studies of lead response put the drop-off at brutal — a lead contacted within five minutes is many times more likely to convert than one contacted an hour later, and most businesses average considerably worse than an hour. This is the cheapest fix available to almost every client we have.

What you get.

Not a menu of upsells. Everything below is in the base price, because the work is not finished without it.

  • Inbound: calls, live chat, email and after-hours cover, answered in under 30 seconds
  • Outbound: speed-to-lead dialling under 5 minutes, follow-up sequences, database reactivation
  • Appointment setting and confirmation calls that cut no-shows
  • Back office: data entry, invoicing, claims and insurance paperwork, order processing, CRM hygiene
  • Calls recorded and scored weekly against a rubric you approve
  • Dedicated agents on your account, not a shared pool rotating every week

The part that
makes the difference.

Inbound: the call you are currently missing

Most businesses lose more revenue to unanswered calls than to any campaign underperforming, and they never see it because a missed call leaves no record in any dashboard. We cover overflow, lunch hours, evenings, weekends and storm weeks — whatever shape your gap is. Agents answer in your name, follow your script and book straight into your calendar.

Outbound: speed to lead, then persistence

A web enquiry gets a call in under five minutes, every time, including at nine at night. After that, a sequence that does not give up after two attempts — most conversions in service businesses happen on the fourth to eighth touch, which is exactly where in-house teams stop. We also work your dead database, which is usually the cheapest pipeline you own.

Back office: the work that eats your team

Data entry, invoice preparation, insurance and claims paperwork, order processing, CRM hygiene, calendar management. None of it is complicated and all of it consumes people you hired to do something else. Dedicated agents learn your process, work in your systems, and are audited weekly.

BPO & contact centre,
answered honestly.

Where are the agents based?

Our contact centre operations run from Lahore, Pakistan, with agents working your business hours including US overnight cover. Team leads are on your timezone. We will tell any customer who asks — pretending otherwise damages trust far more than the honest answer does.

How is quality controlled?

Calls are recorded and a sample is scored weekly against a rubric you approve, with the scorecard shared in your monthly report. Agents are dedicated to your account rather than rotating through a shared pool, so they get better at your business over time.

What does BPO cost?

From $9 per hour per seat, depending on skill level, language requirements and hours of cover. A single full-time seat covering inbound overflow typically costs less than the revenue from two recovered jobs a month in most of the categories we serve.

Can agents work inside our existing systems?

Yes — that is the standard arrangement. They work in your CRM, your phone system and your calendar with the same access a local employee would have, scoped to what they need.

How quickly can a team be live?

Two to three weeks: one week to write and approve scripts, one to train against your systems, then a supervised go-live with daily review for the first fortnight.

We'll tell you what it costs.

Two minutes on the brief builder gets you a scope, a fixed price and the first thing we would fix — inside one business day, from a person rather than a template.
